Was turned away from my appointment and was told I would receive a refund through Treatwell, not received this and it was 1 month ago even though I’ve contacted treatwell multiple time! Situation could’ve been avoided if I was contacted and told that I needed a patch test as I would’ve rearranged (policy is change time up until 1 hour so there was time for someone to contact me) - seems like Salon just wanted my money and not to provide treatment.

I was running late despite the appointment. She was willing to wait and work efficiently despite the wait. She was effective, clean and went above and aboard. I highly recommend Raheela for microdermabrasion.
