Hi I've been here so many times, it's very relaxed and it's a lovely atmosphere just what I want for a pampering session. Staff are very experienced, professional, courteous and friendly - that's why I keep on coming back! Their prices are very reasonable and always offers on which helps the purse too. If anyone wants to try it here I strongly recommend La Chic for a real special treatment or just everyday waxing etc
Had a lovely massage and facial today with Kay. Room smelt lovely and lighting was perfect. Kay used exactly the right pressure. Both treatments were very relaxing. I will be going back for more.
I Booked The 3 treatments through Groupon for me and my boyfriend. The salon had a double room which was nice as we could be together. The massage was amazing, the Indian head massage was lovely, It was supposed to be half an hour but was nice while it lasted. The facial was lovely and relaxing. Staff were lovely too, we had Ruby and Mishi. The light from the door keep on opening was distracting but the overall experience was lovely and well worth it. Thankyou! We will be returning very soon!

It was a nice experience but nothing too amazing. I was under the impression that my Treatwell voucher entitled me to 2.5 hrs of treatments and that I'd get all 5 treatments on the list. I asked to substitute the mani/pedi for a head massage for the same treatment time.
Overall I received 3 treatments (not the 5 states on the voucher) and had probably 2 hours 10 minutes of treatment time.
The facial was the highlight, it was hard to relax as you could hear the receptionist on the phone quite a bit and doors opening and closing when to my knowledge I was the only client. It was still decent value for money but I would be really clear and check exactly what you're entitle to when you present the voucher.
