appointment was 30mins late, shower after exfoliation was dirty and I wasn't given a clean towel and the thearpist was extremely tired and out of breath. I enjoyed the treatments and wouldnt have hesitated to give 5 stars if it wasn't for the above points.

this was my second visit to la chic. the first one was brillant and had to tell my cousin to join me for the second time. the day didnt start of alright, as my cousin who had booked over the phone was told that her appointment was not available as they were overbooked then fortunately the manager managed to fit the 3 of us in. we all booked the same treatments which included sauna,back massage, body scrub, facial and for toe and toe nails to be painted. so we had the full body massage and facial and were told that we had booked the wrong package. And the package we booked was fo facial and full body massage which I found annoying because according to the website we were meant to get the full package. the icing on the cake was when we were told to choose between our nails or toe nails to be painted. That was upset me because the package booked was not done so this is false advertising and I mentioned this to the manager. Told her to update wahada as it is out of order. We had to put our foot down and managed to get both of them painted. the people that painted our nails seemed to not know what they were doing, my cousin had ended up painting her toe nails and my cousins that is how bad they were. this was meant to be 2hr 30mins and this was for less than an hour. overall the massage and facial were okay. I am most deff not going back.
I came here in October for a blow dry (I had washed my hair at home as I was in a rush). I found my stylist to be extremely friendly and professional and I explained the outfit I would be wearing and she gave me a stunning straight blow dry. The salon itself is easy to get to and good for parking etc, it is also clean. It isn't super fancy but for the price it is well worth it and I would return and I would recommend the blow dries.

Clean local salon, with a lovely ambience. I visited recently for a deep cleansing facial and wasn't disappointed, it was thoroughly relaxing facial. The therapist was friendly and professional, I would definitely go again.
Classic Facials
Excellent service and very happy with the threading. Staff are friendly and helpful . Will definitely be going back to have my eyebrows threaded again.
