I was treated by Julie who was professional, pleasant, and easy-going. She delivered the treatments with care and attention.
Main disappointment is the lack of facilities at the salon, I would have expected a proper wet room for the body scrub. It's quite a strange experience having this whilst laying on a towelled massage table. Also, going through to the shower room after the body scrub treatment, I had to step into the salon before going into the hallway, so I was exposed to anyone in the salon, plus as the venue has windows across it's front, I felt completely exposed to passer-bys, also the road-repairs crew working outside.

I booked for an eyebrow wax the day before the appt. Despite the short notice, the appt was confirmed however when i got there, the salon was closed! I waited for 15 mins but no one came

I went for the pamper package with a friend and due to confusion in the booking system, the staff agreed to book us in in the evening - an appointment for 7pm when they usually close! This was great customer service as they really went out of their way to provide us with what we wanted. We were expecting a 90min session but ended up 3 hours! Was a proper pamper session and a great chatty atmosphere. We didn't actually have an indian head massage, however there were parts of the facial that included some facial massage and whilst having the pedicure, the chair had a back and neck massager - that definitely made up for it! Would definitely recommend the salon, great value for money and an enjoyable experience.
