It seems clients aren’t being told that Feliz no longer works here. She was great. I was excited to get 10months of hair cut and coloured, but was told on arrival Memhet wd be doing my hair.
I double checked he cd do colour like Feliz, “yes,30 ys experience”
I showed a pic of what I wanted: keep the natural brown regrowth (I wanted to get my hair healthy again), cut in a few slices of blonde.
I’m now totally blonde again!
Felt like crying.

I booked with feliz but when I got there my haircut was not done by her - slightly confused as I booked it with her on Treatwell. They should have told me if she couldn’t do it and got someone else to replace her - a bit annoyed by that
