I booked with feliz but when I got there my haircut was not done by her - slightly confused as I booked it with her on Treatwell. They should have told me if she couldn’t do it and got someone else to replace her - a bit annoyed by that

Salon following all the new requirements regarding face shields etc but this did not mean that experience was any less than great. Having shown the stylist a photo of what I wanted he produced a cut and blow dry which everyone commented on positively later, when I went out. Mehmet listens carefully to your requirements and does exactly what you ask. Felt great to have a cut after so long. Second trip there and just as happy with the result.
