First time user. Searched and found this hair salon which I chose as it is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from my workplace and the reviews were good. I booked a wash and deep conditioning hair treatment. After asking, I was told that the deep conditioner was an Italian brand but I wasn’t told the name of that brand. My hair felt soft afterwards. I have Afro/Caribbean type 4c hair which has tight coils but my hair is also very dry and greying. Charged twice in error.
