I've been looking for a hair salon for quite a while now, and I was excited when I saw the reviews of the place and the hairstylists. Jevgenia was kind, but unfortunately, she didn't cut my hair the way I expected. I showed some references since I have curly hair, but she took care of my hair as if it was straight, which made it shorter than I expected. She also dried my hair not focusing on the curls, so it's not ”the final result”. I asked for above shoulders, and now my hair is chin length

Cut my hair far too short. We agreed it would left shoulder length at the front... and it would be shoulder length if my neck didn’t get in the way.
