Lovely haircut. Loved it so much have booked my next appointment

The hairdresser turned up about 45 mins late. Also kept telling me my hair was dry but actually I have naturally corse hair from an African dad and an Indian mum. The blow dry had to be done 3 times with 3 different brushes. The hair lasted all of 30 mins and then looked like a right mess, I had to then go home and redo my hair with my hair straighteners. All in all it took too much of my time, making me late and rushing around to my next engagement. I demand a full refund for this treatment as it was definitely not worth it. I blow dry my hair once and week mainly using Treatwell and have never had to complain but on this one I must say I was very disappointed. A refund is the very least I would expect.

I am very pleased with the cut. The shampoo could have been better,but most important the hairdressers detail to the cut.
