Ladies' Haircuts
I booked a last minute appointment for Friday after work, I walked in and got pointed to a door which lead downstairs, it felt odd like I wasn't supposed to be there. I was the only one having my haircut in this room, so maybe that's why I didn't rate the ambience higher. That being said the haircut I got was good and have no complaints. Quick and did the job for a last minute Friday booking.

I thought I'd give this place a go as it was in the 50% off sale and I really needed a haircut. The staff upstairs weren't unfriendly but I wouldn't call it a warm welcome - I walked in and said that I had an appointment and they told me to go downstairs. Fortunately, the staff downstairs were very welcoming. The woman who cut my hair was new to the salon but did a phenomenal job. My hair ended up actually being a little shorter than I initially had in mind, but I really like it. It suits me very well. She's talented, friendly, and I think it was well worth the price. I did get the slight feeling that because it was a Treatwell discounted appointment, perhaps I was being 'fobbed off to the newbie', but I didn't mind - she's a credit to the salon and I'd seriously consider going again (I visit another hair salon regularly because they're fantastic, but if I could be guaranteed an appointment with her again, I'd go).

I got exactly the same haircut as the picture I shown to the lady. Very good!
