Really happy, my hair has been transformed! I wanted to return from blonde to my natural brunette and my stylist (so sorry can't remember her name) chose the perfect colour and gave me a great cut as well. Lovely staff, I'll be back.

Overall good. Although a little bit disappointed as she told me that I hadn’t reserved a blow dry haircut so the service wasn’t offered , checking reservation now it was so....told me that as my hair wasn’t short had to pay 15GBP extra, what it’s totally understandable. She was really lovely and nice, it would have been a greater experience for what I paid having at least a blow dry. Not a big deal. Thank you for your hospitality!
