It was my second time here after having a fantastic first time experience for a Brazilian blow dry. However, without being told a different product was used, with a different method. I had to go home and wash my hair due to amount of product used, and have suffered with greasy hair ever since. I tried to speak with Evgenia but was told I was not entitled to a refund, even after attempts of meeting with her. Such disappointing customer service after spending £180 on a treatment.

Nicole was lovely, nice to chat to whilst happy to let you relax and enjoy the experience. Really pleased with the cut and got compliments immediately after from colleagues. Would recommend
