Booked a last minute appointment so got a discount which made the haircut very good value. Staff were friendly and professional and spent a lot of time and effort cutting and styling. They even put a treatment in my hair without extra charge when they noticed my hair was dry! Overall a very good experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the picture of the salon shown is the upstairs part but my haircut was in the downstairs section which is less fancy! It didn’t bother me though and I’m still very pleased with the experience.

This is a hidden gem! I have very thick hair and my hairdresser took so much time making sure the cut was perfect and I was happy- will definitely be visiting again!

My friend and I both had this treatment. We phoned the venue to explain that we want our hair done at the same time and that there was no option to say so on treatwell. We ended up being overcharged for this service. We each paid £45 instead of the listed £31.50
Also, the lady who did the blow dry seemed nice and took care in doing her job. However, she didn't speak English so it was very hard to explain anything or communicate with her. I ended up showing her a photo of the type of curls I wanted my hair to be (large soft curls) and this was not achieved. She used a straightener to curl the my hair and so the curls I ended up with were small, which made my hair lose its volume. It was acceptable, but definitely wasn't worth it's price. I previously had much better blow drys for £25.
