I was so disappointed with this blow dry. The stylist didn't listen to what I asked for. She completely fried my hair and the style looked nothing like what I'd requested - full on helmet hair.i had to fix it and even dry parts of it myself - she was not responsive (honestly said nothing and just stared at me) when I tried to speak to her and it was embarrassing and awkward the entire appointment. I couldn't wait to get out of there and try to salvage my hair. I won't be going back.
