Carly was really friendly, and the atmosphere was very calming. Both treatments were extremely relaxing and the products used in the facial were lovely and made my skin feel soft and fresh - there were about 6 levels of creams/oils etc used and they smelt really nice. I would definitely recommend the massage and the facial.
