Had a Back, neck and shoulder massage - it was okay but I felt I couldn’t really relax. Therapist wasn’t very welcoming. The music was very loud in the room (Therapist wouldn’t turn it down as it was downstairs) and not great ambience. It could really done with a good clean and lick of paint as well.
