The seating was very uncomfortable therefore not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. I noted that other customers were Offered a coffee. Whereas I had to ask for water and was given a bottle of fizzy water, not offered a glass expected to drink from the bottle. The pedicure didn't include the leg massage I was expecting when sold the experience.

I was really impressed with Sam. My daughter got upset after the 1st ear being pierced but Sam made her feel at ease and made her smile. I would highly recommend
