The overall experience was great! Couldn't have falted Maddison. She was so patient, and it was a much needed bit if me time! I had a late appointment booked due to work commitments and there was no issue with it being the last one of the day. Thanks again, and they are so sparkly! X

Sam is a brilliant therapist, she’s very helpful, friendly and efficient. I love the way she explained the whole process and was respectful of my personal needs. The first visit produced some wax, but visit number two was amazing. Really cleared the wax and my breathing has been much improved also. Looking forward to my next visit. 10 out of 10.
