I had my ears repierced and was very satisfied by the care that was taken. Samantha was exceptionally pleasant and careful with the procedure. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly and explained everything I was having done , went as a model and was so relaxed and a lovely underheated beauty bed to lie on with a warm cover , was so relaxed I fell asleep , could have stayed all day lol , would certainly recommend if you feel like being pampered .

I received a very warm and friendly welcome by Kirsty, who took me straight upstairs into a small, warm room. Kirsty explained that the music system had packed in earlier that day but she would play some relaxing music from her mobile. She asked me if there was anything she needed to know about my particular requirements like injuries, allergies and medication, then left me to undress and lie face down on the bed. There was a padded hole for my face, which is always a bonus, although the cushion had a tendency to slip away during the massage. After a short time she returned and began the back, shoulder and neck massage. Her firm pressure massage was just what I had asked for and she displayed a good range of techniques. All in all, very good. However, due to the thin walls, you could hear lots of outside noise, which was a bit distracting.
