Carole was amazing from start to finish. It was my 10 year old daughter who was getting her ears pierced for her birthday. My daughter fainted and Carole was so kind, caring and professional throughout. She went above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend her. The place was small and not overwhelming and clean. Perfect piercing despite the drama!!! Will definitely be back and tell friends.
