Great and thorough biab manicure

This is my second time to the salon and unfortunately I had an awful experience. The therapist cut me, and has left my cuticles and fingers feeling scarred and painful. My nails are red - and it has only gotten worse after 2 days. I tried to tell the therapist during the treatment, but she continued on. I also tried to address this with the salon afterwards, but they told me that it was my nails that were sensitive. The most painful manicure experience I have ever. Sadly, won't be going back.
