Jenny did a great job at facial threading, and offered some kind suggestions for my acne afterwards, which I appreciated. However, she waxed my upper lip to remove some very small hairs, without first asking me if I used any retinoids/retinol (as is expected standard procedure) and now I have ended up with burn marks above my upper lip, which are very visible unfortunately. I am surprised she proceeded to use facial wax on my face, even though she could tell my face is very sensitive.

I was working 3 weeks in Belgium and desperately needed a manicure for the rest of my holiday. She was very nice and also removed my sides. Really nice almond shaped nails. I would come back again if I ever visit London again.
