Had an amazing hot stone massage from Carmen, it was brilliant! Wish I could have one every day. Was made to feel welcome from arrival, the staff offered me drinks etc. An all in all lovey experience!

Really not impressed with this place. I've used treatwell for years- this is by far the worst place I’ve been to. For starters as it's in a basement its dark (not good light for waxing) and smells of damp. I was asked on arrival if I had a Groupon voucher which immediately put me off! I had booked and paid for a ‘senior’ therapist however a 2nd girl (seemed she was still training) was brought in to do both legs at once. I had black bruises on my thigh, 2 weeks on my bruises have finally gone & my legs are very hairy! So many hairs were left on my legs & arms as well as marks from the wax on my arms. I had paid more on Treatwell for a senior person, therefore a junior should not be used! Was offered a complimentary Treatment however I will not be returning to this basement again. Don’t waste your money / time & go somewhere else.

I real love my Russian lashes, done by carmen.
My previous treatment of gel manicure and pedicure last me for 4 weeks no chipping.
