Unfortunately my experience at this salon has been really bad.
I rang the beautician saying that I'd be 10 minutes late, at the end I arrived on time at the appointment, which was scheduled at 5PM.
When I arrived I have been left waiting for 1 hour!
Then the lady that was supposed to do by wax, came upstairs with the client before me, ready to go home. She than said that it was closing time and she wouldn't do my wax, I tried to explain that I have arrived on time, and they will running one hour late so i waited.
Even the hairdresser upstairs explained the situation, saying that I arrived on time and I was there waiting) to the girl, but she was still complaining and refusing to do my appointment.
Finally another lady came and after 10 minutes of chat outside, the beautician decided to do my wax.
She has been very rude for the whole treatment and she clearly wanted to go home and not to do my wax.
If you are running late, you have to stay late. You can't blame the customer for it.
Hope they will get better and the staff changes attitude because is a really lovely place.
They also offer hair treatments winch will book in and try.
The hairdresser that helped me has been really kind, and kept apologising for the delay even if that was nothing to do with him.
I hope you guys will take this feedback as an opportunity to grow, and not as a nasty review.

Not a typical Swedish massage, and was not particularly relaxing as not enough massage oil was used so it ended up being very uncomfortable with friction. Friendly staff however and I was pleased with my manicure/pedicure
