This relates more to the experience afterwards. Lab for Gentlemen is a good place, I’ve been using London Labs for more than a decade, but standards have slipped. I booked an appointment but this was changed without my knowledge and I didn’t realise until I called by chance. Who I believe to be the owner explained that this has happened several times but isn’t their fault. I rebooked, called today to change the date, told I couldn’t then rushed off the phone as soon as I began to give feedback.
