Raffaele is great at what he does. For the past year, I had been getting 6-minute "student haircuts" at uni, and now I feel like I finally got a real haircut! I was the first customer in the morning, and Raffaele was ready to get right to work. He was dedicated to my hair for the hour I was there. He was also outstanding in understanding what style I had in mind, and kept up a friendly chatter without crossing any lines, which is a skill in itself. Complementary espresso was a great touch
