Hairdresser kept stopping every 2/3 minutes to answer a call, talk to their colleague or talk to someone who had come in. Paid for extra hot towel and face massage but it was just an extremely hot flannel on my face for 1 minute and no massage at all. Haircut was ok but it was barely faded even after I said it needed to be blended more. Won’t visit again.
