I was pretty disappointed with my experience. LAB needs to employ an additional staff member for the telephones or re direct calls. With two barbers in and customers, the phone rang a lot which involved multiple disruption. Further apparently through Treatwell I booked a service that involved a £7.50 difference though couldn’t tell the difference between the service I was charged last time and this time despite being a cost difference.

Ivano is the master, he’s very meticulous with his work and likes to ensure you’re happy, I’ve never felt rushed and he always takes his time to perfect the cut. Good coffee too!
