I didn’t have the colour, the salon was great but not very easy to get refund info from Treatwell would advise working directly with Salon rather than using Treatwell in the future
Ladies' Full Head Colouring
So chuffed with my hair. I wasn’t going with a drastic change but she listened to exactly what it was I wanted and delivered. Her advice was really useful too and recommendations were very helpful.
Ladies' Haircuts
Salon is well placed and from the outside seems trendy, highlights were good but when I got my foils done or hair washed her nails would dig in really painfully or she would pull the foils/my hair so hard that my eyes would water. I cringed so much. Originally thought maybe I was a bit sensitive and didn’t say anything. But every time was the same and even my friend who went experienced the same and neither of us will be going back now because it genuinely is like sitting down and being tortured
Ladies' Full Head Highlights
I went back to Laura after I was so pleased with her attention to detail the first time I went to Lab. I have quite a blunt hairstyle so it really shows if something isn't right, but Laura is really thorough and does a great job!
