Got to salon. Told hairdresser was double booked. I went with someone else. Cut not quite what a wanted...too short and style changed

Laura was totally lovely and did exactly what I asked, even though it wasn’t straight forward and I wasn’t sure how clear I was at describing the style. She asked questions to get clear exactly what I wanted. I was so pleased with the cut and felt really at ease in her company. I’ve already booked in to get my colour sorted next week!
