I came in for a patch test and was far over promised by Leonie. However on the day of my appointment they werent able to go ahead with the colour. As it would take a year to get the colour i wanted and my hair wouldnt be the same regardless of conditioning treatments.
Felt dissappointed but did appreciate shannons honesty. However due to me paying my treatwell (no choice otherwise i couldnt book!) I had to chase up my refund. My curls did look really nice - id book through call less hassle tbh

I had a fantastic experience at lab. My stylist was really welcoming and friendly. She asked me lots of questions about my hair and talked me through every step of the cut and style. So pleased with the result I will most definitely be back!

Very poor judgement and technique at colouring hair. Not at all what I wanted even though we had discussed it and I had shown a photo of the colour I wanted. Also took a long time to do the colour - I was sat with a hair mask on for 20 minutes whilst waiting for her to finish another clients hair.
