I had a blow dry and have awarded it 4 stars - the staff are all lovely and you are well looked after. The blow dry was good, but didn't last as long as I would have liked.

I've been to the other Lab in Kensington but have moved to SW11. Both branches are excellent. On this visit, Gloria, was professional and cut my hair just the way I like it and I will gladly return. Good value for money too.
