Really friendly, welcoming staff who gave excellent customer service including wine, crisps, magazines and a free sample. Alice was brilliant - she did an excellent set of highlights on me and really took her time to make sure it looked good. Ive had loads of compliments so will definitely come back again :)

They are great and very Good at what they do, making you feel really comfortable.
Staff were so lovely, really listened to what I wanted and gave their advice. I had baylayage for the first time, was a little nervous but the stylist was very comforting and the result was great - really impressed!
