I had a good colouring session, it was to reduce the warmth of the bottom half of my hair. Only feedback was missing tissues and being juggled between different people.
Ladies' Full Head Colouring
This has been one of my favourite salons for a few years now and I’ve never had any complaints. This time I had a different lady who was nice enough but aggressively put the foils in, burnt my scalp with a blow dryer, & cut off so much of my hair which really upset me (without asking anything). It was clear she had made mistakes to try fix it kept cutting more off. The “blowdry” was then not a blowdry but her just drying my hair straight down with no volume. Unfortunately wont return.
