This was just for a patch test before my balayage appointment but Ely was lovely and sorted me quickly even though I arrived earlier :)
It was my first time here and I had a great experience with Ely! She listened but also provided her advice and knowledge which was exactly what I was looking for. The balayage is stunning 🤩
