I arrived at LAB375 and immediately was taken care of.
Margaux discussed the options with me carefully making sure I get what I want and providing me with some useful knowledge for future. That was fantastic to watch her apply layers of colours confidently. The effect is what I wanted.
The visit was lovely, both of the ladies were really open, hospitable and making the visit comfortable and pleasant.
Two more pluses:
1) hair products' smell.
2) the design of the salon.
It has been the best experience I ever had.
I will definitely be back.

I wasn't acknowledged at Reception and sat down after a long time waiting, not booked in, until Margaux arrived who completely turned my experience around. Margaux patiently talked me through several colouring options and, following her suggestion, I left the salon totally loving my colour and blow dry. I will definitely return to see Margaux.
