Overall the dye was ok but there was a lot left on my skin. The blow dry was terrible. I have curly hair but it's not that curly that it's unmanageable. After attempting to dry it straight with a brush, the straightener was also used afterwards which wouldn't have been necessary if the dry was done correctly. I then had to go home and fix it myself. Also the entire appointment lasted over two hours!
