Love the haircut and Francesco was excellent. I was made ti wait 30 mins though which wasn't ideal.. Had a notification the day before to come in 5 mins ahead of the orginal appointment time. I got there on time but he was tending to anorher customer and i was kept waiting for 30 minutes. Franscesco was apologetic and it really wasn't very respectful to be kept waiting so long but his work was brilliant so all was forgiven on this occasion.

I got a half head of highlights last week. Giuseppe selected the perfect colour for my highlights, which were done by Carlotta who did an amazing job - happiest I’ve been with my hair in a long time.
