After wetting my hair, she told me we couldn’t do the style I wanted, despite saying we could. She brushed my hair down instead of up for a bouncy blowout, complained about its thickness, and ended up doing straightener curls instead. They looked fine but didn’t last and weren’t at all what I asked for. She only used a light hairspray—no mousse or stronger products, which she said they didn’t have which felt strange for a salon. The stylist was lovely, but the experience was disappointing
