I'm really pleased I ended up trying here. I'd been struggling to find a hair salon in London that I found affordable, but also did a good job of my hair. After reading excellent treatwell reviews for LAB61 Notting Hill I decided to give them a try, and they definitely didn't disappoint! I get blonde foils, so it's quite easy for my hair to end up looking cheap and terrible. The LAB61 team really helped me rectify this though, and I'm really really happy with the colour/tones/quality they managed to produce! Ended up having to pay an extra £30 for olaplex, but I guess that's just how it is. All the staff were so extremely nice too, which really makes a difference for me. Was slightly yuck that the hair on the floor from the person before me wasn't cleaned up before I sat down, and I had to put my bag down in someone else's hair trimmings. But perhaps this was just accidentally overlooked that day. Overall it's a great location, cool atmosphere, amazing staff, and they did an excellent job of colouring my hair.

The staff are very friendly and polite, offering refreshments as soon as you enter the salon. I was extremely pleased with my hair cut and colour. Also, the lady who washes your hair gives the best head massage!
