I was seen to very promptly but they tried to add on a treatment without me realising which would have meant paying extra- in the end they understood I just wanted what I had pre paid for- the offer of a treatment is nice but should not be done so as to fool you into think it was part of the deal. That was my only issue otherwise a good experience and a good result. Not the best I've ever had but good value and I was happy with the result.

Lovely staff, listened to what I wanted and a great haircut. No 'extras' (eg no head massage with haircut) but good central location as a great price.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! This salon was such a good find :) All the stylists are top-trained and the salon feels like a cute coffee shop. My cut and colour turned out great and I can't wait to return.
