I loved my reflexology session so much I have booked another one! I was a bit apprehensive at first, but was totally relaxed within about 5 minutes of Kirstie beginning the session. Kirstie explained what was going to happen and that allowed me to chill out and completely relax. I cannot recommend a Reflexology treatment highly enough.
