The massage was PERFECT! Kirstie got all the muscle knots (and the ones I didn’t know I had) and hit all the right spots, never felt so relaxed. She focused on the areas I really needed while listening to what I wanted from the massage and followed up afterwards by taking the time to show me techniques and stretches to help me at home. Definitely be coming again!
