Kirsty was very pleasant, attentive and professional. Her studio is sparkling clean and welcoming. The treatment room was cosy warm and the massage bed even had a heated blanket which was blissful. Kirsty discussed everything with me to begin with and was very attentive throughout the treatment. Afterwards I had time to get myself ready without rushing and Kirsty even gave me some tips on how to stretch my tight shoulders and neck.
