This was my first ever was, usually use hair removing cream so I was apprehensive. 1, Kirstie who has done my LVL lashes and facial before always makes me feel relaxed, she is professional and pleasant and always lovely to chat with. 2, I was expecting to possibly swear in pain yet relatively painless. The end result great. So thank you Kirstie.
