This was my first time at the salon. Zoe was lovely and friendly, the only reason I left 3 stars because my nails chipped the next day. I always get manicures done and it takes at least 5 to 6 days before it starts chipping. I paid 15£ for file & polish. It is overpriced comparing to other places but yet the polish chipped quickly.
The salon is really pretty and the therapist was friendly but overall I didn’t think the treatment was worth the money. The massage was very one note and I wasn’t asked if there were any problem areas I wanted to focus on so just had my knots worked which was quite painful. The facial was ok but the therapist didn’t explain what was going on my face so it was a bit of a guessing game. There was also a lot of noise outside the room I was in so it wasn’t a very relaxing atmosphere.

It’s always lovely to go back to L+S! Nice people, beautiful saloon, and Kristela is the best! My gel lasted for 5 weeks and would have lasted longer if it wasn’t for nails growth.
Really lovely service, the shop had lovely atmosphere and beautician was very gentle and did great job shaping my brows
