Salon was basic and the staff weren't very attentive. On the plus side, it was good value for money.

Didn't get rid of my hair and I've completed my course and staff told me I'll need another 6 sessions. Now it'll cost me double but no guarantee for hair removal. It's so expensive and there's no guarantee. Staff should've offered something more reasonable and considerate than saying I'll need 6 more sessions. I paid upfront so I don't think they even cared cause all the money was paid.
