The hair was done very well and i wasn't really sure what i wanted when i went in so they were very helpful. I did feel a bit uncomfortable, but i didn't mind too much i'm always shy with people i don't know. However, what i hated was the way she was so rough with my hair - I have quite thin hair so it knots quite easily and when she brushed it through she didn't try to comb them through properly, she just ripped the knots apart, and because my hair knotted several times after cutting, putting highlights in, drying etc, this meant that by the time i walked out of the shop my head was aching immensely because of all the pulling. I would like to go back because my hair looked nice but because she was so rough i won't be. Overall they were friendly and lovely people though
I waited until I washed my hair a few times after the treatment to review......very happy with the anti frizz treatment, no need for hair straighteners, just rough dry & that`s it!

Lovely lovely staff. I've had three sessions of laser hair removal there and see a massive difference. Much less hair in treated areas. My body hair is quite light (not blonde but brown) and had been unresponsive to lasers in the past. This one however is very effective. The staff are also very flexible, I had to change my appointment last minute and it was fine.
