Last year when I first went there for a haircut I was very impressed with the result. But this time although I even had a photo of the haircut I wanted they just went ahead and did whatever they wanted. I told them that it's not what I want, they just gave excuses. Not much care & interest for the customer as there was last year. Very disappointed. Now I have to go to another salon to get my hair fixed.
