I have had my hair done by Ladybird for many years and I would never go anywhere else. Minay the hair stylist always takes extra care and attention when styling my hair. Ladybird are so friendly and always make me feel comfortable and so reasonably priced.

When my hair was washed the water was freezing. I asked for the water temperature to be raised and the lady washing my hair said she’d leave the tap running and hoped it would warm up. Minay walked over and without asking turned the tap off and snapped at the lady for leaving it running. I had to endure a second shampoo rinse then a conditioner rinse with freezing water. My cut is ok for the price. But it wasn’t a good experience. The atmosphere in the salon felt very tense.
